General guidelines for the use of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide for the treatment of obesity include:
Adults with a BMI of 30 or more.
Adults with a BMI of 27-29, who also have at least one weight-related comorbid condition such as hypertension, diabetes type 2, or hyperlipidedemia.

Unlike many online-only platforms, we do things a bit differently, because we care. First off, you have access to follow up appointments for the duration of your progam. All you need to do is contact the office and make an appointment either In-office or via Telehealth Video. We stand with you for your entire program including WEEKLY personal weight loss coaching sessions.
Absolutely not! Every patient has the option to pay for the program on a monthly basis or they can get a discount for paying for their program up front. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time by calling or emailing the office.
