We have a very simple 1-2-3-4 step process to help our patients lose weight:
- Complete a simple medical history form so your provider can develop the best treatment plan for you. Have blood drawn for baseline labs to ensure you are a candidate.
- Consultation with expert weight loss physician either In-office or On-line to discuss your medical history and goals for your program and confirm you are a candidate for our programs.
- Receive your medication via FedEx, all programs come with free shipping directly to your door. We manage your prescriptions for you.
- Begin losing the weight that you have been wanting and needing to lose. Follow up with your provider any time you need assistance and your weight loss coach will be checking in with you weekly.
Unlike many online-only platforms, we do things a bit differently, because we care. First off, you have access to follow up appointments for the duration of your progam. All you need to do is contact the office and make an appointment either In-office or via Telehealth Video. We stand with you for your entire program including WEEKLY personal weight loss coaching sessions.
Absolutely not! Every patient has the option to pay for the program on a monthly basis or they can get a discount for paying for their program up front. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time by calling or emailing the office.
